The builders and developers who work with us offer many different floor plans, as do the resale properties offered. So while we do not offer floor plan options the way a developer might, you still have the choice of many different styles of home with varied floor plans.
If you are looking for something in particular, the best thing to do would be to consult with one of our realtors and let them know the specific features you are looking for in your new home. They can then search through our extensive list of residential luxury homes to find a few that match your criteria.
At that point you can schedule time to view the properties and see for yourself if the floor plan and other features meet your needs. That way you get a chance to actually experience what it feels like in the home, rather than trying to imagine it based on a floor plan sketch.
The floorplan possibilities are endless. One can have all bedrooms upstairs, master down, with secondary bedrooms up. One story, two , three or four-story, split floor plans and more are all available. We offer luxury homes with open floor plans that feature high ceilings, let in a lot of light and feel spacious and expansive. We also offer floor plans that feel more intimate. Some floor plans are very modular and structured, while others have a more organic feel to them.
When choosing a floorplan, decide what features you need based on your anticipated lifestyle. For instance, if you plan on entertaining guests frequently, you might want a very large dining room and kitchen and several guest bedrooms. If you have a home office, you’ll want to have a quiet space to work away from possible distractions. Or, if you have a large collection of books, you may want a library in your home.
Yes. At the moment, our largest property in inventory is a 10,000+ squ.ft. home with 67 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths. We are dedicated to finding our clients the properties that best fit their needs. Our large inventory of homes gives you plenty of options when choosing a home for your family. And since we stock so many different types of homes, you can find one with the floorplan that works best for you. For instance, maybe you want a large master bedroom that is separate from the other bedrooms in the house, or on a different floor.
You can also find a home that has the utilities where you want them. Laundry could be downstairs, but maybe you prefer it upstairs closer to the bedrooms. Garages are another consideration. We have houses with different-sized garages and placed in different areas relative to the home. Some are right out front, some on the side of the house, and still others are hidden behind the house.

Luxury Home Plans Are “Luxury Lifestyle Plans:
Not only size and location but also design factors into the equation of what makes a home qualify as true luxury. Luxury home plans create the “infrastructure” that enables a luxury lifestyle, and they promote an ambiance of luxury.
The intense uniqueness of luxury homes tends to make “luxury design” a somewhat slippery term, but there are, nonetheless, certain plan features that are typical of a great number of luxury homes, including the following:
The first and foremost consideration when choosing a floor plan for your luxury home is how you intend to use your space.
Of course, there is also cost to consider. Can you get everything you want and need for a price that is within your budget? If not, you can prioritize the features into “must-haves” and those that are less important. Your final choice may be a compromise between price and features, but not always. Another way to get cost down is the location of the property.
