Ivan Voloyiannis speaks two languages, hails from three hometowns and has travelled all over the world. He has lived in Veracruz, Mexico; Toronto, Canada; and Houston, TX and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He has been practicing real estate since 2012.
Ivan’s background in hospitality and hotel management as well as his past experience teaching languages have honed his communications skills and enabled him to interact with clients of various ages and ethnicities easily and comfortably. He has a reputation as a careful listener, attuned to his clients’ needs and wants in their search for the perfect home.
As an expert in residential and commercial real estate, he understands the gravity of real estate’s Golden Rule: location, location, location. His in-depth knowledge of the seasonal cycle of real estate helps his clients make the right choices whether they are buying or selling a home. Furthermore, his confidence and existing relationships with home inspectors, lawyers, title companies, construction companies, escrow companies, and lenders make the entire process as painless as possible. His local reach includes the Galleria area, River Oaks, West University, and Tanglewood.
When he is not busy with work, Ivan works out, dabbles in cooking, and travels extensively with his partner. The distinct architectural styles and cultures of each country he visits lead to his interest in interior design and real estate. Ivan believes passionately in giving back to the community. In addition to his current duties as a board member for the Human Rights Campaign, he will serve as this year’s Chair for the Krist Samaritan gala to raise money for international Christian relief
