VICTOR AYALA ORIARD
Victor Ayala Oriard brilliantly navigates international and domestic real estate regulations for Carnan Properties to strike fair, robust deals that benefit all stakeholders involved in the firm’s projects and build stronger neighborhoods, homes, and communities. During his professional career in Mexico, Victor was the associate attorney at several premium law firms, advising clients on major infrastructure projects as well as corporate, intellectual property, cross-border and real estate transactions.
Victor graduated from the LL.M. program at the University of Texas School of Law. After attending UT Law, Victor had the opportunity to be selected as a legal intern at WP Engine, a prestigious technology company based in downtown Austin. He was later hired as international associate at Dorantes O’Loughlin Inc. where he provided legal services for U.S. corporations doing business in Mexico and counseled foreign companies regarding the incorporation of business organizations in Latin America and foreign investment provisions.
Prior to his attendance at the University of Texas, Victor received his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in corporate law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (“ITAM”).
Victor is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Mexico (nationwide). He is a member of the International Law Section for the State Bar of Texas, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
